I made these flip books for my nieces using iStopMotion and my iSight camera (laptop videocam). I set it up so that the software took a picture every 30 seconds, and made it 15 fps. After you are finished with the video, iStopMotion has a feature where you can save your file as a PDF. It automatically numbers the pages of the flip book and sets up the page to be cut.
